The membership, culinary and catering teams work together to make every effort to host successful dining experiences for you and your loved ones. The planning entails scheduling, food preparation, staffing, and often the maintenance of a member waitlist.
Late Cancellation fees will be applied towards staff gratuity

To offer the best service and accommodate fellow members, we are enforcing the cancellation policy for dining reservations. Please be informed that the cancellation policy is now being enforced.

After experiencing many no-shows on recent holidays, we want to be prepared for Holiday Weekends whereby we can accommodate members on our waitlist.

  • For holiday dining reservations your club account will be charged $25 per person if you have not released your reservation within 72 hours.
  • For non-holiday dining reservations, your club account will be charged $25 per person if you have not released your reservation within 48 hours.
  • Member event cancellation policy, if you no show or cancel within 48 hours of the event you will be charged the full price of the event per person.
  • For complimentary member events, there will be a $15 per person cancellation fee
